Anatoly Vinokur is an originator, permanent creative manager and chief conductor of the orchestra, People's Artist of Russia, candidate of pedagogical science, professor. Graduated from St-Petersburg Academy of Music, he is stylish and wonderful musician, talented musical interpreter perfectly mastering of a wide variety of musical style and genre, remarkable highly professional conductor, with a great pedagogic and creative experience .

Performing as a concert conductor, he is also a permanent member of the board of adjudicators at the conductors competitions. At the same time he is leading the Russian Folk Orchestras and Ensembles Association as its President.
